We would like to introduce a case where we designed and manufactured a pump controller for EF wear. The customer requested, "We want to be able to switch the water flow in several stages so that water can spread evenly over the entire shirt and the shirt can be adequately dampened." In response to this request, we proposed to digitize the appropriate water flow based on multiple conditions anticipated during the prototype stage, allowing the water flow to be adjusted in six stages based on the results. [Case Overview (Partial)] ■ Customer's Issues and Requests - The pump unit should be as compact as possible to fit into the shirt pocket. - We want to reduce weight. ■ Our Proposal and Services - By adopting a small motor for the pump, placing the switch and display LED nearby, and reducing the size of the circuit board, we achieved compactness and lightweight design with external dimensions of (73mm × 84mm × 26mm) and a weight of approximately 110g (excluding battery). *For more details, please refer to the related links or feel free to contact us.
